Description

Termrim Construction completed a contract to build much needed rural housing in Wroot, near Doncaster for South Yorkshire Housing Association.

Traditionally procured, the £511,000 development provided five new houses and one bungalow for rental.

As the development in Wroot was on the site of a former petrol filling station on Woodside Lane, a comprehensive remediation programme was required.

The scheme was part funded through the Homes and Communities Agency and achieved Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.

The development was also given a score of 34 by the Considerate Constructors Scheme, well above the compliance level of 24.
