Mill Meadows

This project delivered 113 new two-,three-,four- and five-bedroom family-friendly houses and bungalows for open market sale. 

The development offers eight different home styles, located on the Mill Meadows Estate which was previously partially developed by Beyond Housing.

As part of the overall development a 8.35 acre Public Open Space has been created, protecting the existing hedgerows and habitats and creating new landscaped areas, new tree and hedge planting and a network of new footpaths, swales and ponds to capture and regulate rainfall and surface water.

In addition play areas and MUGA facilities have also been provided for use by residents and the local community.
