St Swithins Drive

Termrim are currently on site delivering 114 new properties for Yorkshire-based developer Bridge Homes. Located in the picturesque village of Stanley, Wakefield, the development offers a range of high specification two-, three- and four-bedroom new homes for market sale, rent and shared ownership.

The contract will run for a three-year duration, and we are working with Bridge Homes to provide multiple phases and sectional completions to allow for early sales and occupancy. Our teams have overcome a number of technical challenges while on site, including accommodating the requirements of four occupied homes located within our site boundary and the discovery of ground contamination following the demolition of an existing building.

While delivering the project, our teams have demonstrated a strong commitment to social value and positive engagement with the local community. This was recognised during our recent Considerate Constructors visit and we scored an exceptional 44/45, achieving Excellent in each of the scheme’s key areas; Respect the Community, Care for the Environment and Value their Workforce.
