Working on behalf of Yorkshire Housing, Termrim Construction have deliver a new mixed tenure housing scheme in Skipton.

The scheme provides 109 mixed tenure properties for market sales, shared ownership and rent, with properties ranging from one to five-bedroom homes.

The development followed the “Passive Homes” principles of incorporating high levels of thermal insulation to floors, roof and walls (including thermally efficient windows and external door sets) and improved air tightness utilising Enhanced Construction Details.

The site has required significant infrastructure works including the construction of a new 13 metre bridge spanning over Eller Beck, creating a new main entrance to the development.

The project completed in 2023, with a number of phased handovers to provide early availablity to potential residents.
