Rooley Heights

In January 2020, Termrim Construction handed over to Together Housing Group twenty-eight new houses in Sowerby Bridge, Halifax.

The new homes are a mix of two- and three-bedroom houses and bungalows. The new street name for the scheme has been named Godfrey Place after the late local Councillor for Sowerby Bridge, Mr Leslie Godfrey.

The Design & Build contract was procured through the Efficiency North Framework, which Termrim have secured our second cycle of inclusion for a further four years, to develop more new build housing projects across the Yorkshire region.
