Poplar Street Apartments Development
This two-phase development for Yorkshire Housing involved building 51 one and two bedroom apartments with a combined contract value of £4.6 million.
The Poplar Street development offers high-quality accommodation minutes from the centre of Huddersfield and has contributed to the regeneration of the Moldgreen area.
It was built on the site of the derelict Poplar Gelder Estate tenements.
The new apartments were designed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 and achieved Secured by Design accreditation.
