Termrim Construction has completed work on a £3.6 million 29-apartment Extra Care Home at Martin Grange in Harrogate, North Yorkshire for Methodist Homes.

The 70-week project started on site in October 2009 and involved the renovation and conversion of the existing 19th-century property and associated outbuildings into six apartments and two cottages.

A further 19 new apartments and 2 bungalows were built at the rear of the main building.

The development for people aged over 55 has communal facilities, including lounge, restaurant, hairdresser and therapy room.

Properties at Martin Grange were available for sale, shared ownership or rent.
