The contract to build nine new homes for New Charter Homes Ltd in Denton, Manchester was the first contract secured through the JV North Framework.

New Charter Homes is one of the nine Housing Providers that make up the JV North Framework, which Termrim Construction was appointed to.

This Design and Build contract provides 3 two-bedroom houses and 6 two-bedroom apartments built on the site of a former Council-owned car park in Denton.
