Description

Yorkshire Housing secured Housing Corporation funding on three sites to provide over £15 million worth of homes.

Procured through a Partnering Arrangement, contractors were shortlisted following informal interviews that required a tender pre-qualification submission.

Termrim Construction was delighted to secure the Wakefield scheme, which provided a mix of new build houses, flats and bungalows, totalling 55 dwellings.

The scheme was constructed using a 'SIP' system to increase the use of off-site construction.
