Dyche Drive

A design and build contract of 42 new one and two bedroom homes built for South Yorkshire Housing Association in the Jordanthorpe area of Sheffield.

The new homes were built on a brown field site that was previously owned by the local authority. The £3.2million design and build contract was completed in June 2016.
