Description
At Castle Avenue in Rotherham we have continued our long standing partnership of developing new homes with South Yorkshire Housing Association.
The £1.8million scheme completed in March 2015 and is the construction of sixteen new two and three bedroom homes built under a JCT Design & Build contract and achieving Code for Sustainable Homes, Level 3, the Homes and Communities Agency Design & Build Quality Standards, Building for Life Standard and Secured by Design.
