Following commencement of the Mickle Hill contract in November, progress on the first phase of 90 apartments and 41 bungalows is well underway.
This week has seen the erection on site of a new tower crane that will serve the building of the 90 apartments and communal areas.
National charity Methodist Homes and financier Rangeford are working in partnership to create a retirement village, with 24-hour care and support, at the site in Pickering, with Termrim Construction undertaking the build.
