Termrim Construction wins Considerate Constructors Scheme Award

Termrim Construction’s Extra Care scheme at Fulwood Court in Liverpool for Methodist Homes has received a Bronze Award from The Considerate Constructors Scheme.

The Award places Fulwood Court amongst the top 7.5% highest scoring projects out of 8,500 eligible sites nationally.

It was presented at the Considerate Constructors National Awards Ceremony held in Manchester.

Comments received from the Considerate Constructors Scheme assessors included that Termrim had “a very proactive attitude to the ethos of The Considerate Constructors Scheme and achieved a significant degree of compliance whilst delivering a project within a very constrained site”.
