Termrim Construction Awarded Contract for 42 New Dwellings

Termrim won the SYHA contract via a competitive tender process.

Following a competitive tender process, Termrim has successfully secured a JCT Design and Build contract to construct 42 new apartments and dwellings in the Jordanthorpe area of Sheffield for South Yorkshire Housing Association.

The 62-week contract will commence in January 2015 with the clearance of dilapidated former Council buildings.

Termrim will build 42 new dwellings in Sheffield for SYHA.
