Second Phase of 43 Bungalows Commenced at Mickle Hill Retirement Village

Following the successful completion of the first phase of apartments and bungalows at Mickle Hill in Pickering, Termrim Construction has commenced work on the second phase of 43 bungalows.

43 bungalows are being constructed at Pickering.

Termrim has started work on phase 2 of the Mickle Hill development.

The second phase consists of a mix of one and two bedroom bungalows and dormer bungalows programmed to complete in Spring 2018.

Termrim Construction is working on a retirement village development in North Yorkshire.

The 43 bungalows are due to be completed by Spring 2018.

The total development of 168 new homes at Mickle Hill will provide a mix of tenures for residents set within an 11-acre site, close to the centre of Pickering in North Yorkshire.

The new properties are a mix of one and two bedroom bungalows.

All new bungalows under construction will link into the services for all residents at Mickle Hill, with 24/7 care and management provided by MHA Care Group.

A total of 168 homes are being built by Termrim Construction in North Yorkshire.

The development includes a total of 168 new homes.

In addition to housing 90 apartments, the central facilities building also includes a host of communal facilities for all residents to enjoy, including a café-bistro, leisure and fitness suite, lounge areas, hairdressing and beauty suites, therapy suite, cinema, bar, crafts room and convenience store.
