New Contract Awarded to Build 22 Homes in Scunthorpe for Ongo Homes Ltd

Following a competitive tender process Termrim have been awarded our first ever contract for Ongo Homes Ltd in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire.

The JCT Design and Build contract is to construct 22 two and three bedroom dwellings on a cleared brownfield site on West Street in Scunthorpe, with building work due to start on site in summer 2019.
