New Care Home Completed by Termrim Construction in Greater Manchester

Termrim are pleased to confirm the completion and handing over of a new 60 bed care home to Care UK in Sale Greater Manchester.

Care UK are a national care home operator with new and existing care schemes across the country.

The new three-storey 60 bed care home on Washway Road is designed by KWL Architects and features en-suite bedrooms for all residents and internal and external amenity space for residents to enjoy, including a range of lounge and day spaces, hobby areas, leisure activity spaces, cinema, hairdressing salon and café.
