Termrim Construction is pleased to announce it has secured a contract to build a new retirement village, with 24-hour care and support, in Pickering, North Yorkshire.
Work commenced on site building the first phase in November 2014. The first phase consists of 90 apartments and 41 bungalows, with residents having a choice of sale, rent or shared ownership.
The 168 new homes are set within an 11-acre site, close to the centre of Pickering. The village-style development is for people aged 55 and above and will offer a host of communal facilities including:
National charity Methodist Homes and financier Rangeford are working in partnership to create Mickle Hill.
