We’re thrilled to announce the addition of two new apprentices to Termrim Construction Ltd, underscoring our commitment to workforce development.

Reece Cunningham has joined Termrim as a Quantity Surveying Apprentice. Stationed at a new build site in Menton, Reece will start his Level 4 Quantity Surveying qualification at Leeds College of Building this September. His responsibilities will include ensuring precise cost management and financial efficiency for the project.

Ruby Ineson will be working at Termrim’s Head Office in Huddersfield. Enrolled in the Level 4 Design Technician Standard, Ruby will also begin her studies at Leeds College of Building this September, where she will enhance her skills in design and technical drawing.

Both apprentices have been recruited through EN:Able Futures which has resulted in many successful apprenticeships. Two notable examples are Callum Quigley and Liam Mansbridge, both of whom began with Level 4 Apprenticeships in Construction Site Management and are now advancing to Level 6 Degree Apprenticeships.
