Termrim Construction Ltd has been appointed by the Government’s Homes and Communities Agency to its new four-year, £8 billion DPP3 housing framework.
The Delivery Partner Panel 3 (DPP3) framework is targeting the improved procurement and delivery of mixed tenure housing across the country.
Termrim Construction Ltd have been selected for the North East Yorkshire and The Humber, and the North West regions, which have an anticipated spend of over £2.7billion and will provide a mixture of contracting, development and land-led opportunities.
