Termrim Construction to build 9 new homes for New Charter Homes

Termrim Construction has been awarded a contract to build nine new homes for New Charter Homes Ltd in Denton, Greater Manchester.

New Charter Homes is one of the nine Housing Providers that make up the JV North Framework, which Termrim Construction was appointed to earlier this year.

Termrim is pleased to confirm the securing of its first contract through the JV North Framework, which will involve the construction of new homes in Denton for New Charter Homes.

The Design and Build contract will see 3 two-bedroom houses and 6 two-bedroom apartments built on the site of a former Council-owned car park.
