Calverley Lane, Bramley for Yorkshire Housing - 20 New Two, Three & Four Bedroom Houses

Under the Yorkshire Housing Framework, Termrim Construction have secured a new 20-house design and build contract in Bramley, Leeds.

The former Leeds City Council owned site has been occupied by an old person’s home since the 1960s, which is being demolished as part of our contract.

The new development includes 20 new two, three and four bedroom houses and will offer residents a choice of tenure, including homes for sale and for rent.

Demolition works commence in July 2016 and we are delivering phased handovers for the new homes, which will complete later in 2017.
