Termrim Construction Completes First Phase of Aldham House Lane Scheme

20 bungalows and 5 houses are being built at Aldham House Lane in Wombwell, Barnsley.

The first phase of the Aldham House Lane scheme is complete.

The first phase of new houses at Aldham House Lane in Wombwell, Barnsley have been completed by Termrim Construction and handed over to Leeds & Yorkshire Housing Association, with tenants moving into their new homes immediately.

The scheme of 20 bungalows and 5 houses will provide much needed homes for the local community.

Further phases will be handed over to Leeds & Yorkshire Housing Association at the beginning of March, with all properties completed and handed over in mid-March.
