St Swithin’s Drive Recognised for National Site Award

We are thrilled to announce that Termrim Construction has been selected for a National Site Award!

Our site at St Swithins Drive, Stanley, Wakefield has been recognised for outstanding performance and is in the running for a prestigious Considerate Constructors Scheme National Site Award 2025.

Procured through the Efficiency North Framework, Termrim delivered 114 high-quality homes for Bridge Homes (Yorkshire), including 80 private sale properties and 34 affordable units.

We’ll find out on April 22 if we have won Bronze, Silver, Gold, or the Most Considerate Site award!
