£18 million New Contract Awarded to Build 109 New Homes in Skipton for Yorkshire Housing

Termrim are pleased to announce the awarding of a new contract with longstanding client Yorkshire Housing to build 109 homes in Skipton, North Yorkshire.

The 109 new homes are being built on a 16 acre site close to the centre of Skipton. The new homes will offer residents a mix of tenure, including affordable rent, shared ownership and direct sale and a range of 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom houses.
