New Contract Award: Moor Lane, Menston

We are pleased to announce Termrim Construction has recently been appointed to complete a 113 new build housing development at Moor Lane, Menston for our long-standing Client, Yorkshire Housing.

Located in the picturesque village of Menston, the project will provide a range of much needed affordable two, three and four-bedroom homes for rent and shared ownership.

The project has been secured through the Efficiency North Framework.

We look forward to working alongside Michael Dyson Associates Ltd, QAD Architects, Alan Wood & Partners in the delivery of the project.
