New 22 house contract secured at Austin Road, Castleford for Wakefield District Housing

This is Termrim Construction's second contract secured in 2017 for Wakefield District Housing (WDH).

Procured through the Efficiency North Framework this Design and Build contract will provide 22 new homes on a former council owned brownfield site in Castleford.

The new homes will be a mix of two and three bedroom properties for rent and when works commence on site in September we will have a total of 42 new homes under construction with WDH across the Wakefield area.
