Termrim Construction’s regional housing delivery presence has been strengthened by securing inclusion on the new four year Framework for Joint Venture North Limited (JV North), a preferred development partner of the Homes and Communities Agency.
The inclusion on this Framework allows Termrim to increase opportunities to work with a wider number of housing providers across the North West of England, where we can demonstrate our expertise in building new homes and communities for a larger number of clients.
The JV North Framework is investing £335 million to build 3000 new homes under the Government’s Shared Ownership Affordable Homes Programme. In addition 2000 further new homes for rent and ownership will be delivered through the new four year framework.
The framework members comprise of 15 Registered Housing Providers / Housing Associations who predominantly work in across the north west of England. The JV North Framework members include AKSA Homes, Community Gateway, Eastlands Homes, Gedling Homes, Golden Gates Housing Trust, Helena Partnerships, Liverpool Mutual Homes, Torus, New Charter Housing Trust, Weaver Vale Housing Trust, Wythenshawe Community Housing Group.
