Efficiency North Social Value Apprentice of the Year Award

Termrim Construction Ltd are one of the main contractor partners on the Efficiency North Framework (EN). Through the EN Framework a range of new housing contracts have been secured and are now under construction and this has enabled the promotion of social value initiatives across the Yorkshire region.

Part of our work relating to social value initiatives was the recruitment of apprentice Jordi Simpson, through the EN:Procure programme. Jordi secured an apprenticeship with Termrim Construction in Property Maintenance and is progressing with a City and Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Property Maintenance.

At the recent Efficiency North 3rd Annual Conference in Doncaster, Jordi was awarded EN:Procure Trade Apprentice of the Year, in recognition of his positive attitude and progression since securing his apprenticeship.
