Bradley Court, Frail and Elderly Development
Following the submission of a tender, pre-qualification document and interview, Termrim Construction was selected as the preferred Partnering Contractor to construct a 46-unit frail-elderly scheme in Bradley, Huddersfield for Methodist Homes.
Built using a timber frame construction, the contract commenced in October 2002 and was completed in September 2003.
Key sub-contractors and suppliers were part of the Partnering Team and contributed significantly to the design and construction of the overall project.
The same Partnering Team was retained to undertake a 65 bed extra care/dementia care home for Methodist Homes in Leeds.
